Truffle Mac & Cheese + Browniess


Milujem varenie! Mám pár dní voľna z práce a tak som si dala takú menšiu kuchynskú výzvu. Dala som dokopy klasické krémové makaróny so syrom , preliala som ich slušnou vrstvou hľuzovkového oleja a do ešte teplých makarónov som zamiešala baby špenát (takto si udrží chrumkavosť aj keď trocha zmäkne) a kúsky grilovaného kurčaťa.  Nedalo mi a spackala som aj čokoládový kakaový koláč (sladké musí byť).

Dnes ešte skočím do fitka, pokúsim sa nafotiť nejaký outfit a večer skočíme vonka na čajiiik. Ak by vás zaujímali recepty na moje kuchťákoviny, napíšte so komentáru a jednoznačne ich sem pridám. Zatiaľ papa.

// I love cooking sooo much! I have couple of days off the work so I set myself a lil´ cooking challenge. I put together creamy mac and cheese which I topped with a lot of truffle oil and mixed with baby spinach and pieces of grilled chicken. Of course, I couldn´t help myself and I made chocolatey cacao cake also ( never not eating sweets). 

Later today I wanna hit the gym, train those non-existing muscles, make a quick OOTD photo shoot and hopefully go out and chill at the evening. If you are interested in recipes , just leave a comments and I will add them ASAP. Kisskiss. //






Watermelon Breakfast



Ahojky! Už sa niekoľko dní aklimatizujem vo Švédsku a po niekoľkých dňoch bez apetítu som konečne späť! Aj napriek tomu, že Švédske leto je skorej taká Slovenská jeseň, som si dnes dopriala poctivé letné raňajky – melón . Hľuzovkové čipsy sú moja najnovšia posadnutosť a v záujme mojej postavy v legínach by som si mala dať odpich lol.

Even though, that Swedish summer is more less Slovakian fall, I treated myself with typical summer breakfast – watermelon! Truffle chips are also my latest obsession, but considering my bikini body, I should let it go, lol. //




Up On The Hill


Ahojas…a tak som vytiahla rodičindov na kopec  ⛰️ a poverila ocina úlohou hlavného fotografa 📷 (do ktorej sa úplne vžil,ako môžte aj vidieť na fotkách nižšie haha). Západy slnka 🌅 a príroda 🌲 doma na Slovensku majú pre mňa energetický náboj, ktorý mi vie vždy dodať inšpiráciu 😊 💪. Dnes som odcestovala do Prahy, a teším sa, keď sa s Vami podelím s náladou veľkomesta 🌆, no moje kopčeky a hory mi chýbajú už teraz 💔.

Aloha…so I took my parents for a walk ⛰️ and gave my dad a mission to be my photographer 📷 (and he totally felt it, as you can see from pictures below haha). Sunsets 🌅 and nature 🌲 at home in Slovakia are of a huge importance for me, they always give me energy and inspiration  😊 💪. Today I left to Prague, and I can´t wait to share this big city life 🌆 with you, but honestly, I already miss my mountains 💔.

Ahojky čauky:). Priveľa kvietkov a volánikov ma na blogoch vie niekedy poriadne iritovať (common, existuje aj iný letný top, ako ten s odhalenými ramenami, modrými pásikmi a velkým volánom!) , no momentálne som sa ani ja neubránila tomuto kvietkovému šialenstvu 🌼🌼🌼, ktoré sme dali s skvelým fotografom Jarom dokopy! Živé kvety sú aj tak predsa niečo iné ako tá červeno-hnedá potlač z H&M.😄

Heylou sweethearts! I believe,that too many flowers and ruffles (that I see so often lately on the blogs) are a huge summer cliché (a.k.a the blue-ish, ruffled, sleeveless summet top or the ultimate flowery summer dress from H&M) and a celebration of uncreativity. Anyways, I couldn´t resist taking pics with these cute flowers.🌼🌼🌼 I love real flowers ( not on a dress though) and I enjoy them every time I see them (you should too)! Have a nice day everyone! 😄

A.K.A how did the spot in between my eyebrows suddenly disappear ?

It took me some time to get from the blurry pictures of sunsets “enriched” with Mayfair filter, to actually decent looking Insta pics. I did actually think, that all those people with great Instagram feed are just living in some special galaxy, gifted with nonstop perfect lighting and beautiful sceneries. Nope. Nope. Nope. They all just have great apps and some basic photography skills.  I will list some of the apps that I use daily and explain why you should use them too.

Každý z nich má v mobile super appky a disponuje iba  základnými fotografickými znalosťami. V tomto článku opíšem moje najpoužívanejšie aplikácie a vysvetlím, prečo by ste ich mali používať aj vy.

2.   VSCO CAM, FREE.   Filter Mania.Even though you can download this app for free, you usually have to pay for special filters (that are totally worth it). I usually research new trends in filters on Pintrest ( just search “vsco filters”) and try to change them often, so my Instagram posts are fresh and on point.

Aj napriek tomu, že si môžte túto appku stiahnuť zadarmo, za väčšinu špeciálnych filtrov sa musí platiť (jednoznačne za to stoja). Zvyknem si vyhľadávať nové chic filtre na Pintreste (stačí dať do vyhľadávača “vcso filters”) a taktiež ich pravidelne obmieňať, nech sa moje fotky nestanú nudné.

3. SNAPSEED, FREE.   Great app for the basic editing actions like cropping, perspective editing, adding some contrast or brightness. The function “healing” is amazing, when there is some unwanted object on your pic, that you haven´t noticed when taking the pic. Definitely must-have.

Skvelá appka na základné a prvotné upravovanie fotiek ako napríklad orezanie, zmena perspektívy, pridanie kontrastu a jasu. Funkcia “healing” je určite veľmi užitočná, ak pri upravovaní fotky nájdete niečo v pozadí, čo ste si pri fotení nevšimli a kazí to celkový dojem z fotky. 

Get Ready For Summer: 7 Day Detox Plan

Hey there! I have been planning to get to the core of detoxifying for a long time and what´s better for it than pre-summer season! Many of you know the feeling of heaviness, being too loaded with carbs for too long. Stomach permanently bloated and favorite jeans don´t fit as they used to only few months ago? Yep. I am right there, right now.


I have decided to have a look on various detox plans and summarize pros and cons . What surprised me:

  • As it seems, most of the nutritionists and doctors are against the traditional “only water, nothing than water” religion.  It shocks your organism and makes your mood go down, feat. never ending headaches and malnutrition.

BUT! There are still ways how to detoxify, jump into new lifestyle (because that´s how we- super theatrical and dramatic people do it) and feel more confident about our bodies.

1-3 DAYS BEFORE DETOX – Prepare your body! Start cutting off sugars and refined foods, increase your water intake.

DETOX- GENERAL RULES – The goal is to drink 2-2,5 l of water a day and eat a lot of water-based veggies and nutritious fruits.

Lemon  green tea is a great way, how to get a lot of natural Vitamin C and have some taste in the plain drink. download (4).jpg

  • 2 cups of fresh, unsweetened, strong green tea
  • 2 cups of water
  • juice of one, medium big lemon
  • handful of fresh mint leaves (for that great mojito aroma)
  • cut lime pieces for that extra summer touch
  • ice cubes

I prepare this drink two times a day, one in the morning and one after lunch, around 2 PM. It contains caffeine, therefore I don´t recommend drinking it 3-5 hours before sleep (depends how caffeine-sensitive you are). In evening hours, switch to regular water instead.

Diet during the detox should contain nutrient rich foods in small portions with low calorie values. Some examples of meals (recipes come-up when you click on the link):

DINNER. In this this detox, I have decided to skip dinner completely. I usually feel very full at the evening and when I eat heavy dinner, I tend to be very unproductive and tired soon.

My feelings after?I DEFINITELY see some changes on my body, especially on my stomach and tights. Weight shows, that I went 4,5 kilos down, I feel empowered, motivated and my productivity is boosted.
